With your approval, we will provide timely applications to keep your lawn thick, green, and healthy. The lawn care program is a continuous service from application to application and year-to-year. Programs can be discontinued at any time by simply writing or calling our office. Applications will be timed approximately six to seven weeks apart.
Our products have been thoroughly researched and tested, making them an environmentally sound combination of the most effective granular and the highest-quality liquids. Treatments are based on area conditions and specific lawn and plant needs.

Identifying & Treating
Lawn Diseases
The Three Components of Lawn Diseases Are:
- The Pathogen – The organism that infects the host and causes damage.
- The Environment – Environmental conditions, like high temperatures and low moisture that favor pathogen development or reduce the health and vigor of the lawn.
- The Host – A grass variety or species that are susceptible to that pathogen.
What To Look For In Your Lawn:
Spots on leaves, brown patches, or areas of dead grass may look like damage caused by disease, but they do not immediately indicate that there is a disease present in the lawn. Lawnmowers with dull blades, mowing too short (scalping), lawn-damaging insects, a poorly calibrated irrigation system, or a lack of irrigation can also cause symptoms in your lawn that may be confused with lawn disease. A lack of proper irrigation is the most common cause of stress to the lawn in the hot summer, leading to lawn disease.
Lawn Disease Treatments:
- Fungicide application (possible two) 14 to 21 days apart
- Maintaining lawn mowing height at 3” to 3.5” in the heat of the summer
- Identifying stress factors (irrigation, proper fertilization, or compaction)
